Moments of Silence

Our thoughts stay with us TODAY.
Throughout our lives
from time to time,
we all pause memories reflections.

Can we remember a fallen loved one?
Be it sad or with a tender cheer;
either way there's usually tears.

Remember all
when taking your given pauses;
don't waste the wait from over exhaustion.

We're not only of blood, bone and skin;
from GODS paused reflections
we all were made from WITHIN.
