Rainbows

 Take my hand. Come to this vast and endless sea.

Observe the universe of unimagined possibility.

Where, with all the radiant beauty of the rising sun,

An endless river of dreams and thoughts come from.

Now come to the top of the falls. Sit with me a while.

Lean back, relax, - think thoughts that make you smile.

Reach out as far as you can and catch a dream.

Hold it to your heart. Does it make you beam?

You’ll be so happy when this dream comes true!

And what it takes is faith in God and then you,

With that dream in heart, plunge to the pool below.

There, to rest with dream in hand. He’s made it so!

Through the mist on the tranquil pool I see the sun

And the smile on your face, you’re sure having fun!

Look up to the sky! See the rainbows overhead!

Or do you see their reflections on the pool instead?

Now that the dream you’ve chosen is become reality

You’ll be drawn into the stream of “HIS STORY”.

Hang on to this dream too long and be swept away

Or take my hand and dream another dream today!

When you become complacent and you know best

With a gentle hand He will show you the rest.

He will dip into that sea of possibility and show

Love in your life beyond what you could ever know!

As the rainbow on the pool images one above

God has created you in His image with His love.

Waste not your life in the future or the past. Write

Of the witness in your life -- His love and His light!
